Guided by trained and experienced instructors, participants will enjoy a gentle circular route (about 1 km, with minimal elevation gain) that is perfectly suitable for families, offering parents and children the chance to walk together and share simple yet meaningful holistic wellness practices.
Along the way, the snow and the silence of the forest become companions in a series of activities inspired by the Dolomiti Natural Wellness method, designed to restore balance, vitality, and inner harmony:

- Friend cold – learn how winter’s chill can become a precious ally to overcome fears and limits, through relaxation techniques and the awakening of “inner warmth.”

- Land Art – leave a light and harmonious trace of your passage, using only what nature offers to create a deeper connection with yourself and the surrounding environment
